These classes take a three prong approach that is designed to quickly get you into shape, so you look and feel great!

2. Physical Movement - "Fit Fast" total body circuits and "Fit to the Core" to reshape your body
and super charge your metabolism.

3. Nutrition - 30 Day Jump Start Diet - to properly nourish and energize your body and help you lose weight fast!

Fit and Fabulous for Forever is a comprehensive and holistic program that will help you reset your self image, love and accept your body, deal with emotional eating and cravings, release stress, increase energy and vitality, lose weight and re-shape your body.
It is our belief at Just the Right Fit, that no matter what your size or shape, every women can be fit and vibrant - and feel fabulous about herself! All of our programs and classes include lots of personal support and encouragement.
